Feltex Group

The Feltex Group comprises the Feltex Automotive and Footwear Divisions. The company was formed in 1931 and acquired by Daun & Cie in 1999. The divisions are managed and measured on a decentralised basis, each with its own operational management. Return on investment is measured after interest taking into account a notionally structured funding policy, whilst the JV’s are funded according to the shareholder agreements with international partners. Group services provided support in the areas of finance, information systems, human resources and risk management.

Feltex are totally market driven and strive to be the market leader in all their product categories. Their stated policy is to invest in the latest technology and tie up with the right strategic alliance partners in order to achieve this goal.
